Our Founders Journey

Joshua Griffith’s journey in the financial sector began over a decade ago, learning his skills within two of the UK’s largest banking institutions.

Drawing from this invaluable experience, he recognised the need for a more client-centric approach to mortgage services in 2016 when he entered the industry.

In 2021, Joshua ventured out to establish JG Mortgage Services Ltd, driven by a passion to help individuals and families on their path to owning their own home.
